Your pizza in 4 simple steps



Thanks to our recipe, our product remains fresh up to 60 days. As it is not frozen, keep it closed in its packaging at 0° - 4° C.


Our bases are ready for use, already rolled out. Making your own perfect pizza has never been so easy!


With a common electric or gas-oven set to 280° C, the flattened base is cooked in 2 minutes, the classic one in 3 minutes.

Light, crispy and very digestible pizza!

Now also frozen!

Special recipes

With our fresh pizza bases you can create special recipes. Here are some examples.

  • Anche dolci


    The flattened base
    is cut in disks
    and filled with chocolate.
    Once cooked, it is covered
    with icing sugar.

  • Un bel calzone


    The flattened base is filled up
    as you like and used for
    the classic “calzone”
    which remains blown up, dry and crispy.

  • Fai un arrotolato

    Pizza Rolls

    The flattened base is filled up
    with the ingredients you prefer
    and completely rolled up.

  • Dei buoni gressini


    Make vertical cuts on the flattened base
    and cook it with oil and
    coarse salt over a low flame.
    Perfect with salami,
    ham and other cold cuts.
